1956-1963 2 Fold Beetle Sunroof Assembly Rebuild Service

Included in the rebuild service:

1. Postage paid box and labels to ship your assembly to us and the shipping back (please note you will be charged shipping charges upon check out).

2. Complete inspection of the assembly.

3. Dis-assembly of your sunroof assembly.

4. Powder coat the upper and lower header bow, tensioning hoops and rear tension strip.

5. Straightening of the steel tensioning hoops (when possible).

6. Media blast the rear aluminum bows (giving it a new uniform finish).

7. Reassemble the header using new rollers and guides and the reassembly of the rear aluminum tension bow using parts included with the Complete Soft Parts Rebuild Kit (included in purchase).

Please note: If your assembly has bent, broken or missing hard parts and can not be reused we will make a list of recommended hard parts to be replaced and email you with an itemized list of parts and cost. If you decide to have us change the parts you only pay for the new parts installation is included in the price of the rebuild service.
